2. Orders and Purchases

All works listed on this site are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order. Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

3. Delivery and Collection

3.1 Responsibility and Ownership

The artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped at the Buyer’s expense. The Artist remains responsible for the Work while it is in transit. Ownership and risk of the Work pass to the Buyer only upon confirmed delivery, as evidenced by the recipient’s signature or tracking confirmation.

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Work upon receipt. Any damage sustained during transit must be reported to the Artist in writing, including photographic evidence, within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate any insurance claims.

3.2 Delivery Address

The Work will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.

3.3 Timing

The Work will be dispatched within 5-7 working days after the Artist receives full payment. The Artist will provide tracking information upon shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on postal or courier services.

3.4 International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, the Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

4. Returns and Right to Cancel

4.1 Right to Cancel

The Buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the artwork to cancel. Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Artist, and the Buyer then has 14 additional days to return the Work. The Artist must inform the Buyer of their responsibility for return shipping. Refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Work.

4.2 Return Condition and Costs

The Work must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

4.3 Final Sale

If the Buyer does not cancel within the 14-day period, the sale is final.

5. Intellectual Property

The Artist hereby asserts his/her right to be identified as the author of the work whenever the work or an authorised copy is exhibited in public. Purchase of the Work does not grant the Buyer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Artwork. The Buyer agrees to bring this assertion to the notice of anyone into whose possession the work comes, including any later purchaser.

6. Privacy

Personal data collected through this website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the processing of your data as described.

7. Limitation of Liability and Product Accuracy

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. The Artist makes every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of the Work as accurately as possible. However, the Buyer acknowledges that actual colors and textures may vary depending on monitor settings, lighting, and digital rendering.

Сertain natural imperfections and variations are inherent to the creative process and form part of the unique character of the piece. Such variations do not constitute a defect, and the Artist is not liable for any perceived discrepancies between the digital image and the physical Work.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
